What we collect, and why
Aaryam Fine Jewelry is a trade-only business. This page says exactly what aaryamjewelry.com collects and what happens to it. Last updated 13 October 2026.

What you tell us
When you request a wholesale account we keep the details you type into the form: store name, your name, email, phone, website, the categories you are interested in, your note, and your choices on the two tick boxes (trade terms, and newsletter). The verification (KYC) form keeps the business details you enter. Identification and tax documents are never uploaded to this site; you send those to us directly.
We use these details to verify your business, open and run your account, and reply to you. If you ticked the newsletter box we may email you new designs and trade news; every email lets you stop.
2
When you are signed in
Signing in sets a secure cookie that keeps you signed in for up to 30 days, plus a small flag cookie that tells the pages to show your account menu. Passwords are stored only as a one-way hash. While signed in, the designs you open in the trade catalog are recorded against your account, and so are the designs you save to your shortlist, so you can find them again on My account and we can follow up on the pieces you are interested in. Removing a design from your shortlist deletes it.
3
How we measure the site
Our own analytics. To learn which pages and designs are useful, the site records the pages you open, how long they were on screen, how far you scrolled, the buttons and designs you tap, the site that sent you, and your approximate location (country, state, city) and type of device. It uses a random number stored in your browser, not a cookie, and no name or email unless you are signed in. This stays in our own database; it is not sold or shared.
Cloudflare Web Analytics, from the company that hosts this site, counts visits without cookies. Google Analytics runs only if you press Accept on the notice at the foot of the page; it uses cookies, and you can decline.
If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, our own analytics records nothing about your visit.
4
What we never do
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for advertising. We share it only with the services that run the site for us (Cloudflare for hosting and data, our email provider to send account email, Google Analytics if you accepted it), and where the law requires.

Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by writing to ravi@aaryamjewelry.com. Clearing your browser's site data removes the analytics number and your Google Analytics choice. Our trade terms cover how accounts work.
