Terms and conditions for wholesale accounts
These are the terms on which Aaryam Fine Jewelry opens and serves trade accounts. They are written in plain language on purpose. Last updated 7 October 2026.

Who we sell to
Aaryam Fine Jewelry sells to jewelry retailers and other members of the jewelry trade only. We do not sell to consumers. By requesting an account you confirm that you are buying for a business and that the details you give us about that business are accurate.

Opening and keeping an account
Every new account is verified before it is opened. We may ask for business registration, resale or tax details and trade references, and we may decline or close an account at our discretion. Your sign-in for the online catalog is personal to your business and is not to be shared outside it; the catalog, its weights and its specifications are confidential trade information.

Pricing and payment
Wholesale pricing is provided on your line sheet and is not published on this website. Prices may change with the gold and diamond markets without notice until an order is confirmed. Payment terms are agreed per account at the time the account is opened and may be revised as the relationship develops.

Orders, lead times and shipping
Orders are confirmed in writing (email or WhatsApp). Pieces from New York stock confirmed before 1 pm Eastern ship the same day, and otherwise within 48 hours; made-to-order pieces take about 3–4 weeks and custom work finished in New York about 4–7 days. Lead times are estimates made in good faith. Everything ships FedEx, insured; risk passes on delivery. There is no minimum order.

Weights, stones and certification
Gross weights and diamond carats shown in the catalog are taken from the latest piece made of that design and vary slightly from piece to piece. All diamonds are lab-grown. Larger center stones come with a grading report from IGI or GIA; other pieces are not certified as standard, and any other piece can be certified on request for a small fee. Images on this site are renders from our production files.

Memo, stock balancing, returns and repairs
Memo (consignment) is offered to approved accounts on terms agreed in writing for each memo; memo goods remain our property until invoiced. Stock balancing is available and agreed case by case. Repairs and sizing are handled in New York. Any shortage or damage on delivery must be reported within two business days of receipt so that the insured shipment can be claimed.

Private label and intellectual property
Our designs, CAD files, renders and catalog content remain the property of Aaryam Fine Jewelry and its workshop. Private-label work is quoted and agreed privately and does not transfer design ownership unless agreed in writing.

Email, privacy and changes
We use your details to run your account and, if you have opted in, to send occasional trade news and new designs by email; you can unsubscribe at any time by replying to any email or writing to ravi@aaryamjewelry.com. We do not sell your details. We may update these terms; the current version is always at this page, and continuing to order after a change means you accept it.
